We are here to help you succeed and let you Finish First. Over a century ago, in 1879,  the school was founded as Wood's New York School of Business and Shorthand. In 1937, Tobe-Coburn School for Fashion Careers was founded as the nation's first school to specialize in fashion merchandising and promotion. In 1991, the schools merged to become the Wood Tobe-Coburn School.
